Marshall Data Acquisition Software simplifies the process of recording and analyzing load and displacement data for asphalt pavement mixtures. Designed for accuracy and ease of use, this software calculates peak stability and flow while reducing user error and improving test repeatability.

Compatible with Windows XP and newer, the software works seamlessly on desktops, laptops, and tablets, including touchscreen devices. It features large, optional popup keyboards for touchscreens and customizable settings to include testing agency details, company logos, and equipment information in final reports.

With real-time graphing and automatic calculations throughout the testing process, the software ensures compliance with ASTM and AASHTO standards. Final reports include testing agency details, sample data, peak stability, flow measurements, and corresponding graphs. Reports can be saved locally, on a network, or in the cloud, and easily exported as spreadsheets or PDFs for further use.

The software requires a two-channel or four-channel Data Readout to operate. For optimal performance, the Digital Component Set—sold separately—includes a Two-Channel Data Readout, a load cell, and a displacement transducer.
