JAWS RailFin
JAWS RailFin Screed Chairs are designed to fit 1/4” flat rolled steel rails. These versatile chairs securely hold rebar or rods ranging from 3/8″ (10 mm) to 5/8″ (16 mm). The internal “fins” grip the rebar or stake tightly, ensuring stability during placement and preventing movement.
FinStand
Made from impact-resistant, virtually unbreakable material, the FinStand provides reliable support with a 1/2″ all-thread rod. Its adjustable design allows for 1.75″ (45 mm) of variation using a nut and washer, making it adaptable to different deck heights. Refer to the chart below for the correct rod length based on your desired floor depth.
Base Plate 4.5
The Base Plate 4.5 enhances the versatility of the FinStand, making it suitable for use on vapor barriers, concrete overlays, rock, sand, and other substructures. The FinStand snaps securely into the Base Plate, which can be fixed in place using screws, nails, construction glue, or other adhesives.
Constructed from impact-resistant, durable material, the Base Plate 4.5 features a textured bottom for superior adhesive grip and extra stability. It also provides an ideal surface for patching when used in tilt-up applications. The stay-in-place form is easy to set up by inserting a 1/2″ (13 mm) rod between the FinStand and Base Plate 4.5.
