The Base Plate 4.5 works with the FinStand to enhance versatility, making the system compatible with vapor barriers, concrete overlays, rock, sand, and various substructures. The FinStand or CoilStand snaps securely into the Base Plate, which can then be fastened in place using screws, nails, construction glue, or other adhesives.
Constructed from impact-resistant material, the Base Plate is exceptionally durable and nearly unbreakable. Its textured underside improves adhesive grip, ensuring a strong hold. When used in tilt-up applications, it also provides a reliable surface for patching.
For easy setup, a 1/2″ (13 mm) rod can be inserted between the bottom of the FinStand and the Base Plate 4.5.
