The Heating Mantles Combo is an excellent tool for repetitive extracting, refluxing, and distillation applications. This mantle is equipped with built-in electronic power regulator knobs, making it an ideal choice for laboratories, academic institutes, and research centers.

This heating mantle is designed to provide maximum safety and convenience, and it is available in 3-place and 6-place configurations. The unit comes with one stainless horizontal rod, two stainless vertical rods, three or six connecting clamps, extension clamps, and high-quality knitted mantles with glass fiber underlay for uniform distribution of heat. The undersides of the mantles are made from polyurethane-coated aluminum to provide the necessary insulation for heat retention.

The Heating Mantle Combo has a maximum operating temperature of 400 °C and can function effectively in a wide range of ambient temperatures, between approximately 45 °F to 100 °F, with relative humidity up to 80%. The built-in power regulator knobs provide easy control without requiring an external power control unit.

The heating mantles in this combo are explicitly designed to securely hold flasks, and the top half of the flask is easily visible during operation for easy monitoring. The mantles' elements can be replaced easily, and the units are also equipped with an outlet tube to drain any spilled liquids. A 4-foot long 3-wire cord is included, and each unit features a fuse that is easily replaceable.

The Heating Mantles Combo is not waterproof, and it is rated as IP code 10 equipment. The units are designed for long-term use and should be cared for to avoid chemical spillage, overheating, overloading, and general misuse to maximize their lifespan. Replacement elements for the mantles are sold separately.
