The HMA LAB WT-3106 Heater/Circulator Hanger is a must-have accessory for your WT-3030 Digital Tank Heater. Made from durable stainless steel, this hanger is designed to securely hold your heater in a horizontal position, optimizing its performance.
With the re-designed WT-3030 Digital Tank Heater, we have incorporated the ambient temperature sensor bud directly into the heater itself. This eliminates the need for a separate hanging sensor bud, providing a more streamlined and efficient heating process. Additionally, the heater should now be mounted horizontally near the source of the circulating water, ensuring optimal heat distribution.
To achieve this ideal positioning, we have moved the clamp that holds the heater vertically two inches above the clamp that holds the heater. However, if you have an older version of the heater, you can still achieve the same results by simply drilling a hole in the hanger bracket and installing the clip in that location. This will securely hold your heater in a horizontal position, allowing for even heat distribution throughout the tank.
