The Hanna Instruments BL123-10 pH/ORP Controller is an innovative product designed specifically for maintaining constant pH and disinfectant levels in swimming pools, hot tubs, and spas. The BL123-10 pH/ORP controller is available in inline or panel mounted models and features a built-in datalogger for compliance monitoring. With a pH range of 0.00 to 14.00 and pH resolution of 0.01, this device is incredibly accurate. The pH dosing is proportional with adjustable setpoints and proportional band with delay to start at power-on and overdosing protection.
The ORP Range of the device is ±2000 mV with ORP Resolution of 1 mV and Accuracy of ±5 mV at 25°C/77°F. ORP dosing is proportional with adjustable setpoint and proportional band with delay to start at power-on and overdosing protection. The pH dosing is interlocked with ORP dosing.
Temperature Compensation is automatic, -5.0 to 105.0°C (23.0 to 221.0°F) for pH. The Calibration process is quite simple, with pH buffer calibration automatic at two points (4.01, 7.01, 10.01 pH), while pH process calibration manual input is one-point. Pump Control is automatic and manual with adjustable flow rate from 0.5 to 3.5 L/h, providing ease and comfort in usage.
This device has an intuitive alert system based on LEDs, and alarm filtering options. It has high and low alarm options with the enable/disable option for all parameters, triggered by 5 consecutive readings over/under the threshold. The device is password protected, and GLP shows pH/ORP calibration information, including the date and time for pH/ORP sensors.
The Hanna Instruments BL123-10 pH/ORP Controller with Hanna Cloud Connectivity offers four 20 mA analog outputs, sourcing, configurable, with output impedance of less than 500 Ohm. The relay output is SPDT 5/A/230 VAC and activated by pH/ORP/temperature selectable alarm conditions.
