The BL100 pH Controller and Dosing Pump comes with a wide array of specifications that make it exceptional in performance. It has a pH range of 0.00 to 14.00 pH, a pH resolution of 0.01 pH, and pH accuracy of ±0.10 pH (@25°C/77°F). It also has a temperature range of -5.0 to 105°C (23.0 to 221.0°F), a resolution of 0.1°C (0.1°F), and temperature accuracy of ±0.5°C (±0.9°F).
This reliable pool maintenance system is equipped with automatic temperature compensation, a user calibration that is automatic and one or two-point with buffer solution (4.01, 7.01, 10.01 pH), and process calibration - a single point, adjustable (± 0.50 pH around measured pH). Pump control is not a problem, with its selectable flow rate of 0.5 to 3.5 L / hour and 0.13 to 0.92 G/hour. Manual control is also possible for pump priming.
The BL100 pH Controller and Dosing Pump is built with high and low alarms that can be enabled or disabled. The alarms are triggered after 5 seconds if consecutive readings over or under the threshold values level with enable / disable options. Furthermore, an intuitive alarm system using red, light green, and green color-coded backlight, and the overtime protection can be set from 1 to 180 minutes or off. An external event input is available for level controller or flow switch to disable dosing pump in the event of no chemical (using a level controller) or no flow (using a flow switch), which is galvanically isolated. In addition, the alarm relay output is SPDT 2.5A / 230 VAC.
