The Hanna Instruments HI9810382 HALO2 Wireless pH Tester for Bread & Dough is the perfect solution for simplifying pH testing during the baking process. The HI9810382 Bread & Dough pH Tester is designed to meet food-hygiene and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) regulations, ensuring that your bakery products meet all safety requirements.
The HALO2 pH Tester is engineered to be incredibly user-friendly, with open-source Bluetooth allowing for easy integration with current data logging systems. The device is also IP65 water-resistant, ensuring that it can withstand harsh conditions in the bakery and ensuring that your testers can guarantee accurate results every time.
Equipped with everything you need for successful testing right out of the box, the Hanna Instruments HI9810382 HALO2 Wireless pH Tester for Bread & Dough has a specialized electrode for spot checking bread and dough products. It comes with the pH 4.01 buffer solution, pH 7.01 buffer solution, electrode cleaning and disinfection solution for bread and dough deposits, electrode storage solution, and a 3V Lithium battery.
The device has a pH range of 0.00 to 12.00 pH, with a pH resolution of 0.01 or 0.1 pH, and pH accuracy of ±0.05 pH. It also has an mV range of pH/mV conversion, with an mV resolution of 0.1 or 1 mV. Temperature range is 0.0 to 60.0 °C (32.0 to 140.0 °F), with a temperature resolution of 0.1 °C; 0.1 °F and temperature accuracy of ±0.5 °C; ±0.9 °F.
The Hanna Instruments HI9810382 HALO2 Wireless pH Tester for Bread & Dough has automatic buffer recognition and supports standard buffers Hanna (pH 1.68 *, 4.01, 7.01, 10.01) or NIST (pH 1.68 *, 4.01, 6.86, 9.18). Temperature compensation can be set to automatic (ATC) or manual (MTC), and the body material is Polyvinylidene Fluoride (PVDF), with a glass low-temperature junction, open reference cell, double Ag/AgCI electrolyte, and conic tip shape.
With dimensions of 51 x 146 x 21 mm (2.0 x 5.7 x 0.8"), a weight of 45 g (1.6 oz.), and a battery life of approximately 1000 hours (500 hours with Bluetooth enabled), the Hanna Instruments HI9810382 HALO2 Wireless pH Tester for Bread & Dough is perfect for use in any bakery. It also comes with an instrument quality certificate and instruction manual for easy use by beginners. Note: Avoid measuring outside the recommended operating temperature range to prevent damaging the gel electrolyte and voiding the product warranty.
