The United Scientific FHGF15 Replacement glass funnel, 15ml (2/ea) is the perfect tool for analyzing small volumes of particulate or biological contamination. This replacement glass funnel includes a stainless steel screen filter support and a No. 5 perforated silicone stopper, making it easy to attach to a vacuum filtering flask.
Please note that membrane filters are not included with this product, however, unlaminated PTFE or PVDF membranes are recommended for solvent applications. It is important to keep in mind that thick prefilters or laminated filters will not seal in this holder, and it is not autoclavable with membrane filters installed.
The complete set includes a borosilicate glass funnel and base, removable stainless steel screen filter support, anodized aluminum spring clamp, and silicone stopper, which are available both as a set and separately. With a filtration area of 2.5cm2 and a capacity of 15ml, this funnel is designed to fit a No. 5 perforated silicone stopper and mount easily into a standard 125ml filtering flask. Its dimensions are 15.2cm in height and 2.5cm in diameter.
