The Universal Mini-Splitter is the smallest in Gilson’s exclusive Universal Splitter line, designed specifically for powders and granular materials with particle sizes up to 0.25in (6.4mm). Its portable benchtop design makes it easy to use anywhere, while its stainless steel construction ensures durability and minimizes sample contamination.

Equipped with 48 adjustable chute bars (0.125in/3mm wide), the Mini-Splitter offers exceptional versatility. The 60° chute angles ensure fast and accurate splitting of powders and lightweight materials. The spring-loaded gate release hopper, with a 104in³ (1.7L) capacity, evenly distributes bulk materials across the chutes for repeatable results. Each unit comes with two sample pans for immediate use, and additional pans are available for more efficient sample handling.
