How It Works:

1. Load the sample in a 24qt Steel Sample Pan, and place it inside the splitter’s top slot via the hinged door.
2. Close the door and use the external lever to dump the contents into the hopper.
3. Once dust settles, briefly open the door to level the sample material in the hopper.
4. Use the second lever to release the material through the adjustable chutes and into two bottom pans, fully enclosed with spring-held covers.
5. For further fractioning, swap the bottom pan with the feed pan and repeat the process until the desired particle size is achieved.
