Carrier Brackets allow safe handling and positioning of the heavy upper platen used for masonry block testing with the 400 and 500 series Concrete Compression Test Machines. The heavy-duty steel bracket is mounted on the rear of the load frame and pivots on two hinged joints, allowing the complete assembly to rotate smoothly into and out of the load frame. When not in use, the block platen and bracket stow out of the way at the rear of machine. Hardware for attaching the bracket to the frame is included.
