GeoTester Penetrometer
The Geotester Dial Penetrometer Set is designed for on-site soil compaction testing, ideal for assessing foundation planes or boring samples. When equipped with the standard 1/4" diameter plunger, it provides estimated unconfined compressive strength readings in TSF or kg/cm².

The device can also be used with plungers of 10, 15, 20, and 25mm diameters to determine safe bearing pressures for foundations in consolidated soils. The dial’s maximum reading is retained until reset with a push-button mechanism. The inner scale measures 0-6.0 x 0.1 divisions in TSF or kg/cm², while the outer scale measures load strength up to an 11 kg range x 0.1 kg divisions. The 2-1/2" dial is constructed from durable, non-corrosive materials. Calibration is user-friendly, achieved using the provided register plates. This comprehensive set is packed in a sturdy carrying case for easy transport and convenience.
