The Hanna Instruments HI88703-01 EPA Compliant Benchtop Turbidity Meter is a high accuracy meter that meets and exceeds the requirements of EPA Method 180.1 and Standard Methods for the Examination of Water and Wastewater 2130 B for turbidity measurements. With a range of 0.00 to 9.99; 10.0 to 99.9; 100 to 4000 NTU, the meter is ideal for a wide range of applications.
Supplied complete with AMCO-AEPA-1 primary turbidity standards used for calibration and performance verification, this high-quality instrument offers unparalleled accuracy and precision. With a ratio and non-ratio turbidity mode and USB data transfer, it is both versatile and easy to use.
Other features of the HI88703-01 include a measurement range of 0.00 to 9.99; 10.0 to 40.0 NTU 0.0 to 99.9; 100 to 268 Nephelos 0.00 to 9.80 EBC, and automatic range selection. The meter also offers a turbidity repeatability of ±1% of reading or 0.02 NTU (0.15 Nephelos; 0.01 EBC) whichever is greater, and a stray light of < 0.02 NTU (0.15 Nephelos; 0.01 EBC).
The HI88703-01 employs a nephelometric method (90°) or Ratio Nephelometric Method (90° & 180°) adaptation of the USEPA Method 180.1 and Standard Method 2130 B, making it a reliable choice for demanding laboratory environments. Measuring modes include Normal, Average, and Continuous.
The large 40 x 70 mm graphic LCD (64 x 128 pixels) display with backlight makes it easy to read measurements, while the 200 record log memory and USB interface allow for efficient data transfer and analysis.
With a rugged design and a 2-year warranty, the HI88703-01 is a top-quality benchtop turbidity meter that is built to last. Whether you are measuring turbidity in drinking water, wastewater, or environmental applications, this instrument provides accurate and precise results every time.
