The Deluxe Forced Air Convection Oven has better thermaluniformity and forced-air convection with adjustable damper. It also has the Despatch Protocol Plus™ microprocessor controller system. This controller has self-diagnostic and calibrating features, records alarm conditions and data files, and has two levels of password security to protect program parameters and a recovery system for controlled responses to power failures. Oven can be set to a single setpoint temperature, timed cycles or up to 8 programmable ramp and soak profiles. The controller’s USB port allows users to export data files for reporting and analysis. Large LED temperature display and 32-character LCD display of oven status and setpoints are easy to read and simplify programming of time and temperature parameters. Accuracy after calibration is ±1°C at 25°C. Oven uniformity is ±1° at 100°C. Timer is built into the Protocol Plus™ controller on this model.
