Concrete Crack Data Logging System, Wireless with Wi-Fi Data Transfer

The Wireless Concrete Crack Data Logging System measures and logs linear displacement of cracks and joints in concrete, masonry and other solid structures. The logger is attached to one side of a crack or joint and a 3.15in (80mm) long stainless steel cable is secured to an eye bolt on the other side. Great for structural engineers who need to log data for monitoring and maintaining various structures.

Optional Extension Cables are available to span larger gaps, 12, 20, 39 and 79in (300, 500, 1,000 and 2,000mm). As the cable coils or uncoils from its mounting on a rotary potentiometer, movements and ambient temperatures are time-stamped and logged. This helps with trend prediction by giving you more data over a longer period.

Concrete Crack Data Loggers can store up to 51,062 displacement and ambient temperature measurements in user defined time intervals from 1 minute to 91 hours. Linear movement resolution is 0.00012in (0.003mm). Ambient temperature range is -4°–176°F (-20°–80°C) with 1°C resolution.

Wireless Concrete Crack Data Logging Kit includes an Wireless Concrete Crack Data Logger, 3.15in (80mm) long stainless steel cable, eye bolt and 1/2AA, 3.6V battery which will last up to 4 years. Also included is an HMA-660 Wireless Communication Module which connects to the USB port of a Windows PC or tablet to transfer data from integrated data logger up to 492ft (150m) away.

Wireless Communication Module is an optional accessory and can monitor up to 32 HM-652 Concrete Crack Data Loggers. Extension cables are available for gaps that exceed the included 3.15in (80mm) long stainless steel cable.

Features:

  • Crack detector measures cracks, joints and linear movement in concrete, masonry and other solid material structures records

  • Stores up to 51,062 displacement and ambient temperature measurements in user defined time intervals

  • Includes 4 year battery

Included Items:

  • Wireless Concrete Crack Movement Data Logger Kit- Wireless Concrete Crack Data Logger

  • Wireless Communication Module

  • 3.15in Stainless steel cable

  • Eye-bolt

  • 1/2-AA, 3.6V Battery

The Concrete Crack Data Logging System is a wireless, battery powered device that measures and logs linear movement of cracks and joints in concrete, masonry and other solid structures. The system consists of a data logger, 3.15in (80mm) long stainless steel cable and eye-bolt. The integrated data logger is attached to one side of a crack or joint and the stainless steel cable is secured to the eye bolt on the other side. This setup gives you precise and reliable data on crack width and ambient temperature so you can monitor and analyze structure integrity in real time.

The Concrete Crack Data Logging System has advanced monitoring capabilities that make it stand out in the structural analysis field. It has high resolution linear movement of 0.00012in (0.003mm) so even the smallest movement is captured. User interface operating in ambient temperature ranges of -4°–176°F (-20°–80°C) with 1°C resolution so it can work in any environment. Users can set the time interval for data logging from 1 minute to 91 hours and can store up to 51,062 displacement and ambient temperature measurements. Optional extension cables are available in 12, 20, 39 and 79in (300, 500, 1,000 and 2,000mm) to span larger gaps.

Data Analysis and Reporting

The Concrete Crack Data Logging System makes data analysis and reporting easy for structural engineers and researchers. It has Wi-Fi data transfer so you can transfer data to a Windows PC or tablet up to 492ft (150m away. The system can store up to 51,062 displacement and ambient temperature measurements at user defined intervals from 1 minute to 91 hours. The HMA-660 Wireless Communication Module can monitor up to 32 Concrete Crack Data Loggers at once so you can see all your monitoring points at a glance. The included software allows you to analyze data and predict trends so you can make informed decisions with accurate and timely data.
