Product Description and Features
The Pressure Air Meter is a testing device to measure the amount of entrained air in freshly mixed concrete. Made of cast aluminum it is durable and lightweight for easy handling during testing. Has a direct percentage-reading gauge with calibration adjustments for accurate measurements every time. The gauge is positioned for easy reading so you can quickly and accurately measure air content.
Includes a heavy-duty plastic carrying case, needle valve, syringe for air injection, tamping rod, strike-off bar, calibration vessel and tubes. Each part is designed to make the meter more functional and user friendly. Includes instructions and parts list so you have everything you need to operate the meter.

Installation and Use
To get accurate measurements follow these steps:

Calibration: Before use calibrate the meter according to manufacturer’s instructions.

Setup: Place the meter on a level surface and attach the base to the concrete sample.

Air Injection: Use the syringe to inject air into the pressure chamber, then use the pump to build the test pressure.

Read the percentage of air on the gauge and record.
