The inner liner, made from cast aluminum, encloses a helically wound heating element from top to bottom, ensuring uniform heat distribution throughout the pot. This design eliminates temperature inconsistencies, providing even heating for optimal material preparation. The outer casing, crafted from stainless steel, enhances durability and ensures a long service life, even under heavy use. Additionally, the sturdy flat lid, equipped with a non-metallic knob, makes removal safe and easy.
