CBR/LBR Data Acquisition Software simplifies and automates the process of recording load and displacement data for California Bearing Ratio (CBR) and Florida Limerock Bearing Ratio (LBR) tests. It generates real-time load-penetration curves and provides clear, intuitive data entry fields and testing prompts to minimize errors and improve consistency.
This software is compatible with Windows XP and newer operating systems, making it ideal for use on desktop computers, laptops, and tablets with touchscreen functionality. For ease of use, large pop-up keyboards can be enabled on touchscreen devices or disabled for traditional PC setups with a mouse and keyboard.
The software performs real-time graphing and calculations during testing, automatically saving the final load-penetration curve upon completion. Reports are fully compliant with ASTM, AASHTO, and Florida DOT standards and include testing agency details, company logos, sample data, data points, and the load-penetration curve. All data can be exported to spreadsheets or saved as PDF documents for added flexibility.
The CBR/LBR Data Acquisition Software requires a two-channel or four-channel Digital Readout Box to operate. Pairing it with the Digital CBR/LBR Component Set ensures optimal performance, providing a Digital Readout Box, load cell, displacement transducer, transducer bracket, and penetration piston. These components are sold separately, and the software can also accommodate third-party load and displacement components.
