Polylok’s joint sealant system is custom engineered to meet the most demanding standards of the pre-cast concrete industry. Polylok Joint Sealant is a high quality butyl rubber sealant that remains flexible and forms a permanent bond to many substrates including hard to bond surfaces such as concrete, metals and plastics. Adhesion and cohesion at time of installation are excellent and actually improve after the joint has been formed and placed in service so the seal is tight and durable. This butyl rubber sealant does not shrink, oxidize or harden and has excellent resistance to temperature extremes, acid and alkaline environments and aging and maintains its properties and performance over time.

Polylok’s Joint Sealant meets or exceeds current ASTM Standards and specifications as required by Federal, State and Local agencies for use by the precast concrete industry and contractors. It exceeds requirements set by industry and government agencies. Available in sizes: 1/2” x 21”, 3/4” x 21”, 1” x 21”, 3/4” x 14.5”, 1” x 14.5”. Special sizes available upon request.

Polylok 3110-4 Butyl Sealant is the ultimate solution for sealing joints in the pre-cast concrete industry. As a butyl rubber sealant it is intended for use in static, non-moving joints and is not intended for use in expansion joints or joints that move. 3/4” x 14.6’, each case contains 10 rolls, 100 rolls total.
