ASTM 151H Hydrometer with NIST Certification
Soil Hydrometers are essential tools for determining the particle size distribution of fine-grained soils during hydrometer analysis. These instruments measure suspended solids in sedimentation cylinders over periods of up to 24 hours. There are two hydrometer types available: ASTM 151H and ASTM 152H. Both are precision glass instruments designed to measure the relative density of liquids.
ASTM 152H Hydrometer:
