Our Two-Part Replaceable Mesh Sieve Frames offer an efficient, reliable, and cost-effective solution for particle size analysis. Designed for easy handling and optimal performance, these frames are used with disposable Polyester or Nylon monofilament cloth, eliminating the need for traditional sieve cleaning and reducing the risk of cross-contamination between samples.
How It Works: The innovative two-part design consists of a frame and a skirt. Simply place a pre-cut 10in (255mm) cloth square between the two parts and press them together. This action creates a taut, securely sealed sieve ready for testing. No tools, fasteners, or screws are required, making assembly and disassembly quick and hassle-free.
The disposable cloth is available in pre-cut 10in (255mm) mesh squares. Each square features a circular-shaped resilient material embedded in the mesh, which ensures a tight seal when pressed into the two-part frame. For added versatility, an optional 10in Polyethylene Film Square can be purchased to create a collection pan when used with another sieve frame.
Brass Frame Construction: This model features a durable brass frame known for its longevity and robust performance in demanding laboratory environments. The frames are designed to nest perfectly with each other or with conventional 8in (203mm) diameter standard test sieves, allowing for seamless integration into your existing lab equipment stack.
