6in LBR Mold with Perforated Base
Limerock Bearing Ratio (LBR) Mold Set includes the Mold Body, Compaction Collar, and Base, designed for molding LBR samples. The base features threaded rods and wing nuts to secure the mold and collar during compaction. Each component of the LBR Mold Set can also be purchased individually.
The mold measures 6x6in (152x152mm), IDxH, while the collar is 6x2.375in (152x60mm), IDxH. The collar is compatible with both CBR and LBR compaction molds. The base is perforated as specified by the test method. This assembly works with Soil Compaction Hammers or a Mechanical Soil Compactor. An LBR Spacer Disc, sold separately, is also required.
