The 4in Plastic Concrete Beam Mould is for casting concrete for flexural strength testing. This one piece mould is made of heavy duty plastic and has reinforcing ribs. Available in steel and cast iron to suit different construction needs.

Specimen removal is easy, fast and simple. Remove the plug from the hole in the bottom of the mould and blow compressed air. We recommend coating the inside of the mould with a film of release agent before each use. The base plate is fixed, making the mould more robust and easy to clean. The clamped base plate is also durable and easy to clean.

Compressed air: Remove the plug from the hole in the bottom of the concrete beam mould and blow compressed air.

Insert Panels: Place the wedge insert panel with ridges facing towards the outside edge of the concrete beam mould. Then place the flat insert strip behind it. To remove, gently pry panel using any rod-like tool.
