This Porous Stone measures 4in (101.6mm) in diameter and 0.50in (12.7mm) thick, crafted from high-quality aluminum oxide. Designed for geotechnical applications, the rigid disc supports cylindrical soil samples while allowing two-way fluid flow.

We provide a comprehensive range of Porous Stones suitable for laboratory tests such as triaxial shear, permeability, direct shear, and consolidation. These stones enable water and other permeants to flow and be measured during testing while reducing the risk of fine particles contaminating the system.
