Its rigid structure supports cylindrical soil samples while enabling two-way fluid flow.
We provide a wide range of Porous Stones for laboratory geotechnical tests, including triaxial shear, permeability, direct shear, and consolidation. These stones allow water and other permeants to flow through while preventing fine particles from entering the test system. With a permeability range of 15-18ft³ (424-510L) of air per square foot and an average pore size of 179µm, our stones deliver reliable performance.
