The Bronze Porous Stone measures 2.5in (63.5mm) in diameter, 0.25in (6.4mm) in thickness, and is made from durable sintered bronze. This rigid disc is designed to support cylindrical soil samples on both ends while enabling two-way fluid flow.

We provide a full range of Porous Stones for various geotechnical laboratory applications, including triaxial shear, permeability, direct shear, consolidation, and more.

Porous Stones facilitate fluid flow and measurement during testing while preventing fine particles from entering the system. These high-quality stones feature a permeability range of 15-18ft³ (424-510L) of air per square foot and an average pore size of 179μm. All Porous Stones are in stock and ready to ship.
