150mL Grinding Bowl for Planetary Mill, Hardened Stainless Steel: Precision Grinding for Demanding Samples
Unlock unparalleled grinding efficiency with our 150mL Premium Grinding Bowl, expertly crafted from hardened stainless steel. Designed specifically for use with the Fritsch Premium Planetary Mill, this robust grinding bowl is engineered to contain your grinding media and sample material, ensuring optimal performance and consistent results.
Key Features & Benefits:
- Robust Hardened Stainless Steel Construction: Ideal for processing hard, medium-hard, and brittle samples, offering exceptional durability and resistance to wear. This material choice ensures a long service life, even under rigorous grinding conditions.
- Precision Design for Fritsch Planetary Mills: Seamlessly integrates with your Fritsch Premium Planetary Mill (e.g., FT-50 model), guaranteeing a secure fit and efficient energy transfer for superior comminution.
- Complete with Lid and Seal Ring: Each bowl includes a precision-engineered lid and a durable seal ring to prevent sample loss, maintain a controlled grinding environment, and minimize contamination.
- Optimal Sample Capacity: With a 150mL capacity, these bowls are designed for effective grinding of sample volumes ranging from 20mL to 70mL, providing flexibility for various research and industrial applications.
- Versatile Material Compatibility: While hardened stainless steel excels with tough materials, we also offer a range of alternative bowl materials—including Agate for soft to medium-hard samples, Zirconium Oxide for fibrous/abrasive samples, and Hardmetal Tungsten Carbide for extremely hard/abrasive materials—to perfectly match your specific grinding needs.
Important Usage Guidelines:
For optimal operation and to prevent undue stress on your mill, the Premium Planetary Mill requires two grinding bowls and must be operated with balanced loads. Always use identical bowls and bowl fillings at both grinding stations. If your sample volume is not perfectly balanced, we recommend using fine sand material (such as play sand) inside a second identical jar to achieve an equal total mass for counterbalancing.
Note: Grinding balls, which are essential for the comminution process, are purchased separately and should be selected based on your sample material and desired fineness.
Invest in the quality and reliability of our 150mL Hardened Stainless Steel Grinding Bowl to elevate your grinding processes and achieve superior analytical results.
