Polyester Cloth Squares are designed to fit non-metallic or brass two-part frames. Each 10-inch square features a resilient circular material embedded in the mesh, ensuring a secure seal with the frame.

Polyester offers excellent resistance to abrasion, acids, and most alkalis with a pH of 9-10, along with strong wet stability. For mesh sizes No. 100 to No. 230 (150 to 63µm), the circular resilient material is not required.

The 10-inch No. 230 (63µm) Polyester Square is crafted to fit non-metallic or brass frames. It includes a tough, embedded circle of resilient material that acts as a sealing gasket. While the opening sizes match ASTM E11 standards, they may not meet specific tolerance requirements.

This versatile polyester material is ideal for various applications due to its durability, chemical resistance, and stability in wet conditions.Please note: Polyester and Nylon mesh sizes ranging from No. 100 to No. 230 (150 to 63µm) do not require or come with circular resilient material.
