Vibrating Table with Fast-Action Clamp
Supports the following standards: ASTM C109, EN 196-1, BS 4550
Designed for compacting 40 x 40 x 160 mm samples in compliance with EN 196-1 standards, this unit is available with either a fast-action clamp fitting or a general-purpose clamp fitting for a 3-gang mold. The vibrating plate measures 400 x 300 mm and is housed within a durable, powder-coated steel cabinet. A power switch box is conveniently mounted on a post at the top of the cabinet.
The unit operates at a 50Hz oscillation frequency with a sinusoidal waveform and includes a digital timer. The peak-to-peak amplitude is 0.75 ± 0.05mm.
Note: Molds and Feeding Hoppers must be ordered separately. To meet the EN 196-1 standard for a total vibrating mass of 35.0 ± 1.5 kg, use the precision 3-gang mold with the feeding hopper.
