With quick and simple adjustments, each Universal Splitter can replace two or more conventional splitters. The adjustable chute widths allow precise sample splitting without material bridging, while the lever-release hopper ensures even, consistent material flow for accurate reductions.

How It Works:

The splitter uses precision-machined aluminum bars, arranged alternately to form V-shaped chutes. These bars are secured with wing nuts for easy setup, providing equal distribution of material into sample collection pans. The lever-release hopper guarantees even distribution across the chutes, delivering consistent, reproducible results.

Models: SP-0 and SP-1

The SP-0 model is built for large-volume samples like bulk aggregates or raw coal, accommodating particle sizes up to 4in (102mm). Its 3.5ft³ (99.1L) hopper and 60° chute slope facilitate smooth material flow, even for lighter or finer materials. The SP-0 meets specific coal and coke testing standards. Additional pans (SPA-400, 31qt/29L) and the SPA-450 Lift Cart are available for enhanced functionality.
