Dayton Superior 139700, Import Stayform Mesh Form Sheet, 27" X 97"
Stay-In-Place Formwork for Concrete
A110 Metal Rib is the formwork solution for tough forming situations. Can be cut in the field with tin snips, and bent to form curves. Metal Rib is versatile enough for any type or size structure.
Dayton Superior Import Stayform Mesh Form Sheet is lightweight sheets that can be cut and installed in the field. As with traditional forming methods, formwork is left in place, so no form stripping of forms required - just remove brace and can be used in applications from pile caps and footings, to blind side walls, bridge applications, and tunnels. The leave in place sheet simplifies the forming process and reduces labor and material costs, eliminates the need for conventional formwork and allows continuous rebar operations while ensuring quality control of the concrete placement. Sheets are made from hot-dipped galvanized coiled sheet steel, so durable and corrosion resistant.
