Consolidation Data Acquisition Software simplifies the process of recording consolidation rates during the incremental loading of soil samples. Its user-friendly interface minimizes errors and enhances repeatability with clear data fields and testing prompts.
Designed for computers running Windows XP or newer, the software works seamlessly on tablets and laptops with touchscreen capabilities. A large pop-up keyboard is available for touchscreen devices but can be disabled for standard mouse-and-keyboard setups.
The software performs real-time graphing and calculations throughout the test, saving results automatically upon completion. All reports comply with ASTM and AASHTO standards and include testing agency details, company logos, sample data, test results, and graphs. Data can be exported to spreadsheets or converted to PDFs for greater flexibility.
To operate, the software requires a two-channel or four-channel Digital Readout Box with Displacement Transducer(s) or can be configured for use with a Digital Dial Indicator and USB Cable. Components are sold separately, and customization with third-party displacement devices is available.
Upon purchase, a USB security key and licensing details will be provided to unlock the software for permanent use.
