HMA-817 Cylindrical Mold for Rut and Moisture Testing secures 150x75mm Dia.xH asphalt specimens in testing for damage from rutting or moisture with HM-459 Asphalt Pavement Analyzer (APA) or HM-457 APA Junior. Molds are constructed of High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) and specimens are positioned for testing using the APA’s sample holding assembly. Accepts Gyratory, Marshall, Hveem or core specimens, and ordering additional molds increases efficiency in sample preparation.
