12in x 12in Density Plate for Sand Cone Test
The 12"x12" Sand Cone Density Plate is constructed from durable aluminum alloy and features 1/2-inch (12.7mm) raised edge walls to hold soil samples. It includes a 6-1/2 inch (165mm) center hole, designed as a guide for digging test holes. Once the hole is prepared, the cone's flange fits into the plate opening to fill the hole with specialized density sand.
