4x8in Steel Concrete Test Cylinder Mold
Supports the following standards: ASTM C470, AASHTO T22, AASHTO T23, AASHTO T97, AASHTO T126, AASHTO T198
Molds are constructed of plated steel for rust resistance and are dimensionally stable under severe use. Molds are split along one side with 2 quick-acting clamps welded to mold. When open, mold springs apart slightly to allow specimen removal. Includes detachable base plate.
Meets Test Methods:
AASHTO M 205
ASTM C 192
ASTM C 31
ASTM C 470
Steel Concrete Cylinder Molds are heavy-duty and reusable many times over. Walls are 1/4in (6.4mm) thick and split longitudinally to allow easy specimen removal. When clamps are released, the mold springs apart slightly. The detachable base plate is tight-fitting. All parts are plated for rust resistance and are non-reactive to cement constituents. Steel molds give uniform results and are dimensionally stable under severe use. Other concrete test cylinder molds are also available.
We recommend the Concrete Cylinder Molds 4x8 (36 Per Case, Grey) for 4 x 8 concrete cylinder compressive strength testing
